Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery unless a longer warranty period applies.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Devices must not be activated, damaged, or have personal accounts signed in.
  • Consumables, opened software, and personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us through your account dashboard or the site footer to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
  3. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide instructions for drop-off or pickup.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

Warranty claims

Products covered by warranty are handled separately from standard returns. Please open a warranty claim through your account dashboard with your receipt or warranty card number. Warranty claims are evaluated based on the specific terms shown on your receipt.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used screen protectors, cases, and cables for hygiene reasons.
  • Items with removed serial numbers or tamper-evident seals.
  • Items damaged by misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorised repair attempts.
